Before requesting time on the AEWC agenda, please read and familiarize yourself with the AEWC's "Presenter Guidelines." All requests must acknowledge they have read, understand, and will adhere to the guidelines to be considered. Multiple scientists/researchers from the same organization/agency may be asked to prioritize which project takes precedence to be included on the agenda.





Please complete and submit the form below no less than 30 days prior to a meeting. All requests will be evaluated based on the availability of time on the agenda and relevancy to the AEWC and our whaling communities. Please note that the submission of a request does not ensure a place on the agenda. All meeting materials (presentations and handouts) must be submitted one week in advance of the meeting.
